(A multi-facility, not-for-profit, teaching facility, 800 affiliated physicians, Level II trauma services, Level III NICU, cardiovascular, cancer, women’s services) IT, Imaging and Clinical Engineering – 500 employees, $100mil operating budget ▪ Developed the first health IT medical resident rotation in the southeast – offered as a nonclinical elective rotation ▪ Mammography technology upgrade strategy resulting in a $500k increase in revenue, improved quality and reduced call backs ▪ Established a Data Analytics Team and implemented a Data Governance Model while raising the data decision making literacy ▪ Successfully migrated to a single vendor HR system to streamline the employee lifecycle process ▪ Reduced unplanned system downtime by 85% and led the team in redesigning the technical infrastructure to achieve 99.9% system availability
